The pool can be heated to 90 degrees as an optional extra.  The hot tub is heated to 102 degrees and is included in your holiday costs.  The hill across the pond is being developed and the news page on this will be updated regularly.  Eventually the hill will be terraced with retaining walls and will be landscaped. Houses will be built but the nearest one will be 600 feet away.
