THE AREA

The villa is located in Rolling Hills, residential and part of the Formosa Gardens Estates.  It is one of the closest of all to Disney.  You can see this by checking on the area map. Universal Studios and Sea World are within a 25 minute drive up the I4 motorway.  Although the villa and the estate are very private over 20 eating places can be reached with a two minute's drive.  The eating places include steak houses, diners, Chinese and Indian.  The last thing you want to do after a hard day at the parks is have to drive a distance for a meal.
Many golf courses are only a short distance away and suit all standards.  Mystic Dunes is the closest but Champions Gate and Falcon Fire are also very close.
