The villa is set in the residential Rolling Hills Estate at Formosa Gardens, near to Disney in Orlando, Florida.  The pool area has an open outlook over Golden Pond where you can look at the local wildlife while sunbathing, swimming in the heated pool (an optional extra) or soaking in the hot tub.

The villa is well maintained by our local management company Alexander Holiday Homes.  They are there to help if you have any problems.  The villa is accepted by the tour operators as an official five star executive home.
